Your role will include dealing with: Opening of new filesAssisting with exchangeCompletions and post completion workSpeaking with clients in person and by telephone Preparing and drafting legal documentationHandling searches As the ideal Conveyancing Paralegal candidate, you must: Have 12 or more months experience of working within a property department as a ParalegalBe happy to participate in networking events and business development from time to timeHave a keen eye for detail and high standards for work output You will be working in a busy team of Paralegals and Conveyancers.
