A well-established, owner-led legal practice with a strong local reputation is looking to appoint a Property / Residential Conveyancing Lawyer as part of a planned growth phase. The firm has built its success on high-quality residential work, long-standing client relationships and a stable, supportive team environment, and is now expanding its physical presence locally.The roleThis position sits within a busy but well-managed residential conveyancing team, handling core “bread and butter” residential matters. The firm operates with smaller caseloads than volume-led conveyancing practices, allowing a clear focus on quality, attention to detail and client service. Experience with new build transactions would be advantageous, though is not essential.Key responsibilitiesManaging residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionRunning files independently with minimal supervisionProviding a consistently high level of client careWorking closely with colleagues in a collaborative, office-based environmentSupporting the firm during a period of controlled growth and expansionCandidate profileQualified conveyancer preferred (solicitor, licensed conveyancer or equivalent), though strong non-qualified candidates will also be consideredProven experience handling conveyancing matters independentlyA solid billing history is advantageousComfortable working fully office-basedProfessional, detail-focused and client-oriented approachLocation & working environmentOffice-based role in MaidenheadOn-site presence is important due to current growth plansParking available nearby (paid parking)The firm is opening an additional office very close by as part of its expansion
