The Role• Review registered and unregistered title documentation• Identify restrictions, charges, and discrepancies• Prepare clear title reports for fee earners and legal teams• Liaise with solicitors, lenders, and internal teams to resolve title queries• Support the smooth progression of residential property transactions? What We’re Looking For• 2+ years’ experience in a conveyancing or title review role• Strong knowledge of Land Registry titles and property law• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently• Experience with case management systems (volume environment desirable)&#55356;?
