You will manage a varied caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, community-focused firm where your work has a direct impact and your career can develop as the firm continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging your own caseload of residential conveyancing mattersHandling freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesDealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactionsPreparing and reviewing contracts and title documentationLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third partiesEnsuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirementsMeeting deadlines and progressing matters efficientlySupporting networking and business development activitiesRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancingQualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificateAbility to work independently with secretarial supportStrong organisational and file management skillsExcellent client care and attention to detailAbility to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlinesInterest in networking and developing client relationshipsAbout UsWe are a small, locally run law firm based on the South Coast with offices in Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent.
