We’re looking for a Website & CRO Manager who blends creativity with technical skill—someone who can ship fast, test boldly, and turn traffic into measurable results. You’ll join our Website & Funnel pod, working closely with Growth Marketing and RevOps to optimise our Webflow site, run structured CRO experiments, and constantly improve the user journey for students, parents, and educators worldwide. This is an ongoing freelance role with a monthly retainer for the right candidate. What You’ll Do Own the website as a growth engine. Manage and optimise our Webflow site beyond “brochureware.” Ship weekly by launching new pages, building components, fixing design issues, managing redirects, and improving site speed and performance with a focus on Core Web Vitals. Maintain a scalable component library for faster publishing and continuously resolve UX/UI pain points, particularly on mobile. Run a continuous CRO programme. Manage a backlog of A/B and multivariate tests in partnership with Growth Marketing. Launch one to two experiments per month across headlines, CTAs, pricing, navigation, and more. Analyse results, roll out winning variants directly in Webflow, and share insights with the team. Manage data and tracking. Take ownership of Google Tag Manager and GA4 setup for clicks, forms, scrolls, and conversions. Maintain clean data with consistent use of hidden fields, tagging, and UTM governance. Conduct regular audits to ensure tracking is complete and accurate. Optimise forms and lead capture. Define and manage a global system for enquiry and application forms. Work with Growth Marketing to align forms with campaign objectives, such as shorter forms for lead-generation campaigns and longer ones for high-intent pages. Identify and reduce drop-off in multi-step forms through UX/UI improvements. Elevate on-page UX and microcopy. Write and optimise microcopy for clarity and conversion, including CTAs, form headlines, navigation labels, and error messages. Test copy variations using A/B experiments and collaborate with the Content team to ensure consistency of tone across all touchpoints. About You You have at least six years of experience in Webflow or front-end website management, ideally within a growth or performance marketing context. You are hands-on with Webflow CMS, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and at least one A/B testing tool such as VWO, Convert, or Optimizely. You are comfortable adding or debugging small code snippets in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. You are confident editing CTAs and microcopy for clarity and conversion. You are organised, proactive, and able to communicate test results to non-technical stakeholders.
