This is a high-profile role where you will own and execute on the findings from second line Risk & Compliance, Audit, Regulator reviews, and more. You will champion Consumer Duty across all business activities, recommend changes to the operating model, and deliver on key projects supporting strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities Take ownership of assigned business issues and initiatives, driving them to resolution with clear stakeholder communication.Champion Consumer Duty across all business activities, maintaining related documentation and delivering reports for senior management and board meetings.Collaborate across internal teams to improve client communications and investor documentation processes.Provide oversight of procedures and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.Deliver on projects supporting strategic objectives, working closely with Production Support, Client Services, and Risk Management teams.
