Join CFA Institute’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) team to lead our global contracting lifecycle—from drafting and negotiations to system administration and reporting. You’ll be the organization’s go-to expert for third-party vendor contracts and the primary administrator of our contract management platform, enabling smarter, faster decisions across a worldwide stakeholder community. What You’ll Do Serve as S2P’s initial point of contact for all third-party vendor contract requests. Draft, edit, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements to achieve favorable, compliant outcomes. Lead and oversee an outsourced contract management team; monitor performance, deliver amendments, and manage close-outs at termination. Act as primary administrator for the contract management system: user roles/access, workflows, releases, troubleshooting, policies, and procedures. Plan and help implement a new/updated contract management system and train users across the organization. Create and deliver training on contracting principles and system usage for non-legal audiences. Design dashboards, compliance reporting, and timelines for major contracting initiatives. Partner closely with internal clients, sourcers, and attorneys to translate business needs into clear, enforceable contracts. What You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of relevant experience in legal and/or procurement environments. Hands-on experience implementing and administering a contract management system (CLM). Proven ability to draft, edit, analyze, and succinctly summarize contractual agreements. Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of contracting principles and commercial terms. Experience running programs to monitor, amend, and close out agreements. Excellent stakeholder focus, interpersonal communication (written, verbal, presentation), and consulting/problem-solving skills. Exceptional organization, time management, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Fluency in English; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Background negotiating services agreements and/or purchase of goods contracts. Experience leading an outsourced contract management team. Skill building dashboards and compliance reports; comfort with KPIs and timelines. Track record designing CLM workflows and training diverse user groups. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: £70,000 - £80,000 Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
