A great opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills to join our client's friendly team on a temporary basis. About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the sales and commercial teams, you will play a key role in coordinating contract projects, managing customer requirements, and acting as a vital link between customers, internal departments, and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of their customers and projects from order through to delivery and installation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue quotations and process customer orders from planning through to releaseAct as the main point of contact for a portfolio of UK and export customersManage customer enquiries, delivery issues, damages, and after-sales requirementsCoordinate contract schedules, deliveries, and installation plans site by siteProduce installation briefs and liaise with installation teams throughout projectsMonitor projects through to completion, resolving delivery or installation issuesLiaise with hauliers and distribution teams to ensure accurate delivery schedulesCommunicate delivery updates clearly to customersProvide administrative support to the commercial and sales teams, including export administrationArrange product samples and literature and attend customer meetings or site visits when required Key Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfidence dealing with customers and internal departmentsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProblem-solving mindset with str
