Reporting to the Contracts Manager, we are looking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to support a small team. This role is an important position within the contracts department. The role is based in North Norwich and offer a competitive salary and great benefits and free parking. The successful candidate will be welcomed into a fast-paced environment, where no two jobs are the same. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential in this role. Role Responsibilities:• Booking in jobs.• Calendar management.• Preparation of work for clients, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements • Liaison with clients via telephone, Team’s calls and email.• Liaison with internal customers, external suppliers and sub-contractors.• Use of internal company system, to update with accurate information, ensuring the Reports and Operations teams and continuously improve to the quality and timeliness of the delivery service provided• Collation of engineers’ weekly paperwork, including job sheets, expenses, time sheets and mileage sheets.• Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation for colleagues if they are working away. EXPERIENCE • Previous experience working in an office environment.• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Good problem-solving skills with analytical thinking.• Professional attitude representing the company.• Ability to work under pressure.• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
