You will work closely with existing teams and partners to identify and embed best practice as well as improve consistency. In essence, you will be assisting the organisation to help itself by building sustainable improvement capabilities. Key responsibilities will include: Developing frameworks and refining the organisation's methodology for continuous improvement. Collating a suite of pragmatic toolkits and best practice guidance that empower departments to improve performance Developing frameworks and model benefits realisation using proven methodologies.Promoting best practice improvement approaches to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong business engagement.Facilitating engagement events and workshops to collaborate with managers and teams to identify improvement opportunities.Supporting the team's work to strengthen organisational
