I run a UK food membership with 500+ recipes, meal plans and weekly content drops (The Recipe Club). I’m looking for a long-term Content & Recipe Operations Manager who can run the day-to-day operations with me. You MUST have excellent English, strong attention to detail, and experience with food content, recipes or subscriptions. This is a long-term role for someone proactive, organised and confident writing food content. Your responsibilities • Upload new recipes to my membership app (Glide) • Write or tidy up recipes in my style (ingredients + method in bullet points) • Update categories, tags and homepage sections • Build weekly membership updates like “New This Week” banners • Create briefs for my video editor and check their edits • Write captions for Reels, posts and stories • Upload content to drafts and schedule posts • Create simple Canva graphics (meal plans, banners, announcement cards) • Write weekly emails in a warm, clear, UK food tone • Track what needs filming, editing or uploading • Coordinate with my Glide automation developer • Keep everything organised in Monday.com • Help with customer/community messages if needed Required • Fluent, natural English • Experience writing or editing recipes • Strong organisational skills • Comfortable inside no-code tools (Glide, Notion, Airtable etc) • Canva experience • Proactive communicator • Able to work 15–20 hrs/week • Daily communication and fast turnaround Nice to Have • Experience with Shopify • Experience with Make/Zapier • Experience with meal planning content • Background in food content or social media To apply Send the following: 1.
