Content Marketing Executive - Podcast Repurposing Specialist **Remote | Part-Time | Ongoing Project** **Location: Ghana-based candidates only** Job Overview We're hiring a Content Marketing Executive for Crown Castê. We need someone who can take existing podcast episodes and transform them into engaging short-form content across multiple social media platforms. This is an ongoing, part-time role perfect for someone who's efficient with AI tools, understands social media trends, and can work independently following a content calendar. Important: This position is open to candidates based in Ghana only. Scope of Work You'll be responsible for: Content Creation & Editing: - Repurpose podcast episodes into audio clips, soundbites, and short-form videos - Create carousel posts for LinkedIn and Instagram - Edit content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts - Ensure all content feels authentic, fresh, and on-brand Social Media Management: - Post and manage content across all platforms according to the content calendar - Follow creative briefs and maintain brand consistency - Track basic performance metrics Workflow Optimisation: - Use AI tools to handle mass editing and speed up content production - Suggest improvements to content strategy based on performance Requirements - Experience editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) - Strong understanding of social media platform requirements and trends - Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and editing - Ability to work from audio/podcast source material - Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram (minimum) - Creative eye for storytelling and brand aesthetics - Able to follow briefs and content calendars independently - Experience with LinkedIn and Twitter content strategies Nice to Have: - Experience with Canva and Notion, - Previous podcast content repurposing experience - Understanding of content performance metrics and analytics Deliverables (Weekly) - Content posted across 6 platforms following the schedule - Weekly performance summary To Apply Please include: 1.
