Call Centre Team Manager – Domestic Sales & ServiceWarrington HQ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm | Saturday rota (Sept–March) Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join Certas Energy as a Team Manager and lead our Domestic Sales & Service team to success. What you'll do: As Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing frontline sales and service team. Your focus will be on: Motivating and engaging your team to consistently exceed expectations Coaching individuals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet commercial targets, including upselling and cross-selling Managing performance, behaviours, and development in line with company standards Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures What we're looking for: We're seeking a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
