Interview Process Stage 1: Your application will be reviewed and if you are progressed, the first stage is an approximately 30 minute call with one of our Recruiters. Stage 2: If you pass the screening call, you will attend a 1 hour in-person interview with one of our Team Managers. Your recruiter will ensure that you're prepared ahead of your interview. In advance of the final interview, you will be required to complete an online personality assessment. (The results of this do not determine our decision to hire). You will have access to the interview questions in advance to allow you to be at your best. Stage 3: If you are successful at the interview stage, then your recruiter will call you the next working day to offer you a role! If you are not successful, then you will still receive a call from us where we will provide you feedback.
