Temporary Construction Labourer – North Wales

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Temporary Construction Labourer to join our site teams across North Wales.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a basic understanding of construction site operations and procedures
• Be enthusiastic, hardworking, and willing to take instruction
• Assist with general labouring duties, including moving materials, site set-up, and keeping work areas clean and safe
• Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety regulations and site rules
• Be punctual and able to work to site hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm (site finish)
• Be flexible to work across different sites within North Wales
• Hold a valid CSCS card (preferred)
• Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check (required)
• Be able to commute to our unit in Flint for daily van share to site

This role would suit someone with a strong work ethic, good site awareness, and a positive attitude living local to Flint.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
