Construction Manager / Project Manager

£350 - £400 / Day (CIS, LTD, PAYE available)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager to work on a major project close to Leeds. This role will involve taking packages from bid and planning through to on site delivery. You will be working closely with in house staff inclauding planners, design manager as well as external bodies including client facing and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

- Experience taking projects from pre con to handover

- Experience working on Major projects (stadiums, shopping centres, hospitals) with values above £100m.

- Tier 1 experience

- CSCS Black/White, SMSTS, First Aid
