- - Review new mandates and activities proposed by teams across all Firm businesses, to identify potential conflicts / reputational risks - Craft and direct strategies to appropriately address actual/potential conflicts, partnering closely with Business Unit Management, Legal, and other control functions - Liaise with Conflicts Managers in the other regions to address matters on a global basis - Lead strategic projects, e.g. enhancing technology, policies or processes, integrating new businesses into the Firm's conflicts framework - Typically, 5+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role - Masters Degree/Law Degree - M&A and/or capital markets transaction experience, as a corporate attorney (or litigator with subject matter expertise), investment banker, or investment management professional - Experience at a similar financial institution's conflicts management function - Ability to interact with senior decision makers, excellent presentation, and relationship management skills - Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail - Ability to work as a team player and independently Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
