Description Key responsibilities include: Act as an escalation point for complex conflict issues, advising Partners and senior stakeholders.Oversee queries from the team and guide on new business intake and client onboarding.Design and deliver conflicts training across the firm to promote compliance and risk awareness.Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance conflicts management.Manage and support junior team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.Work with the COLP on policies, regulatory updates, and provide legal advice on reviews and investigations. Profile The successful candidate would have/ be: Must be a qualified lawyer.Significant conflicts experience within a law firm.Proven people management skills and experience managing key processes.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Excellent drafting, organisational, and prioritisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with the ability to manage a diverse workload under pressure.Commercial mindset, inquisitive nature, and commitment to continuous self-development.
