We’re preparing a pitch for a new mall food outlet and are looking for a talented designer to help bring the concept to life through visuals and branding. This is an early-stage design and concept visualisation project that will form part of our presentation and business plan for a mall pitch. We’ve had great success collaborating with creative partners in the past and want to work with someone reliable and skilled who can deliver beautiful, pitch-ready visuals on a tight deadline. ⸻ Scope of Work: You will be responsible for: • Initial design of the space – concept layout and design direction (no site visit required at this stage). • High-quality rendering – a visual kitchen is crucial to communicate the concept clearly. • Input into the logo design – creative ideas and design refinement to align with the brand’s identity. This phase is purely conceptual, but if we win the pitch, we’ll continue working together to develop the full detailed design of the outlet. ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality space design. • Ability to produce realistic 3D renders that convey atmosphere, layout, and brand feel. • Strong branding and logo design skills. • Ability to work independently with limited site information. • Must deliver the final renderings and logo concepts before 4th November. ⸻ Deliverables: 1. Conceptual space design (1–2 layout options) 2. 3D rendering(s) showcasing design and visual kitchen 3.
