Your new role In this pivotal role, you'll manage the customer onboarding and re-validation process, ensuring all clients meet the necessary AML and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include: Guiding potential customers through compliance checks post-sign-up.Reviewing and verifying customer documentation and information.Communicating via email, phone, and video to resolve queries and chase outstanding details.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.Maintaining accurate records in CRM and other systems.Re-validating existing customers when changes in their information arise.Supporting other departments during peak periods or absences.
