Developing and updating compliance procedures, processes, and controlsSupporting firm-wide compliance with SRA standards, AML legislation, GDPR and risk reviewsConducting compliance checks, audits, and risk assessmentsDrafting and updating template letters, training programmes and policiesEscalating issues and breaches appropriately, with practical recommendationsPlaying a key role in accreditation processes such as Lexcel, SRA and CQS auditsMonitoring supervisory meetings, file reviews, and mentoring supervisorsProviding clear, supportive compliance guidance to lawyers and leadership About you??
