The Compliance Assistant will play a vital role in acting as an ambassador for and supporting the broader Compliance Department. Description Compliance Advocacy & Coordination: Act as a key representative of the Compliance Department, promoting its value and coordinating team activities, including policy updates.Monitoring & Reporting: Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme and maintain key logs/registers (e.g. breaches, complaints, FCA interactions).System & Data Management: Assist with maintaining the Central Compliance System (MCO), regulatory submissions, and dashboards (monthly monitoring and Consumer Duty).Financial Crime Oversight: Investigate onboarding results, monitor screening alerts (PEPs, sanctions), and support ongoing CDD for existing relationships.Training & MI: Manage eLearning modules, analyse training data, and contribute to MI reporting and staff compliance engagement.
