• Position Summary
• As Compliance Analyst, you will work as part of the Global Security and Compliance Team, supporting the Global Information Security and Compliance Manager in the regulatory compliance of Uniguest. You will have ownership of product regulatory, environmental and supply chain compliance of the company, as well as support in any other Compliance related business and requests, such as Data Protection.

• Primary Responsibilities

• * Support in the data protection compliance of the company. Including GDPR, Data Protection Act, HIPAA.
• * Support Sales with compliance related requests
• * Support the Global supply chain department with any import/export Compliance related issues
• * Manage the compliance of new product introduction, including arranging regulatory compliance testing (CE, UKCA, FCC, etc), creating and maintaining product Technical Files and other compliance documentation
• * Assess and report on company environmental Compliance (WEEE, Battery, Packaging, etc)
• * Respond to compliance tickets through the internal ticketing system
• * Assess and report on technology licensing (HDMI, Display Port, Wi-Fi, etc)
• * Assess supply chain for corporate social responsibility
• * Manage company Intellectual property, including trademarks, patents and domains
• * Manage compliance integration of acquisitions
• * Support in compliance certifications, such as HITRUST, HIPAA, etc.
