The role involves supporting individuals with advanced neurological conditions, full dependency for daily living activities, tracheostomy and ventilator management, PEG feeding, and comprehensive personal care.Key Responsibilities:Deliver person-centred care in line with care plansFull support with all activities of daily livingTracheostomy care and managementUse and monitoring of cough assist machinesNIPPY 4+ ventilator supportHumidification processesOral and deep suctioning techniquesOxygen therapy administrationPEG feeding and medication administration via PEGMonitor condition and respond to changes appropriatelyMaintain accurate care recordsCollaborate with family and healthcare professionalsAdhere to strict infection control proceduresEssential Requirements:Minimum 1 years’ experience providing complex careProven experience with:Tracheostomy careVentilation support (NIPPY 4+ or similar)PEG feeding and medication administrationSuctioning techniquesOxygen therapyStrong infection control proficiencyCompassionate, patient, and reliable approachRight to work in the UK</
