This role does not require work on bank holidays, weekends, or nights.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessing and reviewing individual care packages.Providing practical training, clinical supervision, and expert guidance to care teams.Working alongside healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centres.Liaising with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, NHS and private hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability services.Participating in a paid on-call rota on a rotational basis.Qualifications & SkillsRegistered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care.
