• What you'll do
• In this rewarding and essential role, you’ll be supporting a client with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with mobility and personal care - including bowel management (experience in this area is essential).
• The client attends a day centre and enjoys access to a sensory room at home. At weekends he loves to go out for a ice cream and go on walks. We’re looking for a confident, compassionate, and friendly care professional who can provide consistent, high-quality support.
• We are looking for a care professional who brings energy, empathy and enthusiasm to every shift. You will be someone who values building strong relationships and providing high quality and attentive care.
• At our organisation, we care for individuals of all ages with a range of complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries, both in the community and at home. • This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. Full Nurse Led training is provided.
• Due to public transport limitations in the area, a driver with access to a car is required.
