We are a plumbing & heating company based in Kent, UK, looking for an experienced Commusoft expert to help us get the very best from our system. We’re already set up on Commusoft but want to ensure we’re using it to its full potential. This role will involve: ✅ System Optimisation – Reviewing our current setup, cleaning up processes, and suggesting improvements. ✅ Workflow Creation – Designing and refining job flows to improve efficiency across engineers, office staff, and customer communications. ✅ Templates & Documents – Creating professional templates for opportunities, proposals, invoices, reminders, and customer communication. ✅ Best Practice Advice – Guiding us on features we may not be using (or not using well), and showing us how to get more out of the platform. ✅ Ongoing Support – Available for regular assistance as we grow, helping us adapt Commusoft to our evolving needs. What we’re looking for: • Proven experience with Commusoft setup and optimisation. • Knowledge of workflows, automations, and customer journey mapping. • Ability to create professional, branded document templates. • Strong communication skills, proactive in suggesting improvements. • Someone we can work with on a long-term, ongoing basis. Bonus (but not essential): • Experience working with plumbing, heating, or field service businesses. • Familiarity with integrations (GoCardless, Stripe, accounting software, etc.).
