Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? We are seeking a supportive and caring Female Support Worker to assist an adult female with learning disabilities, enabling her to live as independently as possible within her home and community.

• A minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience in supporting service users with learning disabilities and associated complex needs

• Proficiency in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• Experience in de-escalation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a person-centred approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a 2:1 support team.

1. A valid Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorships)
2. An Enhanced child and adult DBS registered on the update service
3. A valid CSTF Mandatory Practical Training Certificate (completed within the last 12 months)
4. Professional references covering the last 3 years.
