What's the Role? You'll be part of a consistent 2:1 support team, which means you'll always have a colleague by your side. Your main goal will be to support this individual in her daily life, both at home and out in the community. A key part of the role is providing calm, compassionate support and using positive de-escalation techniques when she experiences heightened emotions. Your patience and kindness will be the key to her success ??? The Shifts: Your Perfect Work-Life Balance This is a full-time role built on a repeating 4-on, 4-off rota. This means you work for 4 consecutive days and then get 4 full days off Your 4 "on" days will follow this pattern: Day Shift: 08:00 - 20:00 Followed by: Sleep-in Shift (at the house) Followed by: Morning Shift: 07:00 - 10:30 This rota provides amazing consistency for you and the person you support. ?
