About
- About us
- Risk Ledger is developing a network of connected organisations, all working together to defend against cybersecurity attacks in the supply chain.
- Organisations rely on us to establish trust, through sharing their security maturity and visualising the risks posed by their supply chain ecosystem. And we’re already trusted by customers like ASOS, Snyk, BAE Systems and the NHS.
- We are putting together an amazing and talented team from a diverse set of backgrounds and skillsets to drive us towards our vision. Risk Ledger is built on the respect we have for one another and our users, united by our shared values and mission.
- Every one of us is still learning: it’s how we grow as individuals. We’re curious. We’re ambitious. And we’re humble and honest. At Risk Ledger, we aim high to find the best solutions we can and always put our users first.
Position Overview
- Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Community Marketing Manager will own Risk Ledger’s community strategy, customer marketing programs, and advocacy engine.
- You will operate the Community Flywheel — aligning customer moments, events, content, and social amplification — to turn customer trust into structured advocacy that influences the pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success to identify advocates, protect relationships, and create repeatable programs customers want to be part of.
- This is a hands-on role. Success is measured by program adoption and GTM impact, not vanity engagement.
Why You'll Love It Here and What You'll Do
- Develop and own Risk Ledger’s community strategy and Community Flywheel (engagement → contribution → advocacy), aligned to GTM priorities.
- Build and run structured customer advocacy programs (e.g., speakers, peer stories, references) that scale without ad hoc scrambling.
- Align events and community moments to campaigns, launches, and priority account motions — working in lockstep with Field Marketing.
- Define and expand Risk Ledger’s Customer Advisory and Supply Chain Security Exchange programs — including membership criteria, value exchange, cadence, and outputs.
- Partner with the Content & Communication Pod to ensure customer voice and community insight feed into narrative pillars and flagship assets.
- Partner with the Content & Communication Pod to amplify community moments, customer stories, and peer insight in a consistent voice.
- Build a strong working rhythm with Customer Success to identify advocates, coordinate asks appropriately, and protect customer trust.
- Track and report on advocacy activity and its influence on pipeline touchpoints (e.g., opportunities supported by speakers, references, peer proof).
What you’ll have
- 3–5 years’ experience in Community Marketing, Customer Marketing, Advocacy, or Customer Programs in B2B.
- Proven experience building repeatable programs, not just running one-off activities.
- Strong partnership experience with Customer Success and comfort working with Sales/SDRs.
- Excellent relationship management — you know how to activate customers in a way that feels valuable and respectful.
- A commercial mindset: you understand how community and advocacy support deal confidence, velocity, and pipeline progression.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
You may have
- Experience in cybersecurity, risk, or regulated industries
- Experience running Customer Advisory Boards or peer forums
- Familiarity with advocacy/community tools and operational tracking
