Job Opportunity: Community Care Assistant

Location: Worthing/Littlehampton/Lancing

Hours: Flexible Zero-hour or contracted hours available

Pay: £13.40ph - £20.10ph excluding holiday pay (Rates vary depending on shift pattern, day/night, weekend, and bank holiday)

Are you an experienced care professional looking to support community? We are recruiting Community Care Assistants to support our clients in Worthing and associated areas with a range of general care needs in a home setting.

Duties include:

  • General care
  • Personal care
  • Medication administration
  • Shopping
  • Companionship

What we're looking for:

  • Confident
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • A Full UK driving License
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care

  • Full induction, paid training, and shadow shifts, (You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts)
