Job Opportunity: Community Care Assistant
Location: Redhill
Hours: Flexible Zero-hour or contracted hours available
Pay: £13.40ph - £20.10ph excluding holiday pay (Rates vary depending on shift pattern, day/night, weekend and bank holiday).
Are you an experienced care professional looking to support community? We are recruiting Community Care Assistants to support our clients in Redhill and associated areas with a range of general care needs in a home setting.
About Prestige Nursing & Care Redhill
Our Redhill branch are all long serving and have a vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our purpose is to provide high quality, community-based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives.
Duties include:
- General care
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Shopping
- Companionship
- Support with community access
✅ What we're looking for:
- Confident
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A Full UK driving License
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care

- Full induction, paid training, and shadow shifts, (You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts)
