Location: Home-based (with some UK travel)

Hours: 22.5 hours over 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 FTE (pro rata)

Fixed Term Contract: ends 31st March 2026

Are you a skilled communicator with fundraising know-how and a passion for community action?

Amazing Communities Together (ACT) is a growing national network of over 200 community leaders, rooted in the values of inclusivity, equity, and local leadership. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Communications & Fundraising Officer to help amplify our impact and secure vital funding.

What you’ll do

• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website
• Share inspiring stories from our members across the UK
• Draft funding applications and track opportunities
• Build and maintain positive funder relationships
• Support our small, ambitious team to grow ACT’s visibility and sustainability

What we’re looking for

✔ Strong communicator with excellent writing skills

✔ Experience managing digital content

✔ Knowledge of fundraising processes and applications

✔ Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle deadlines

✔ Motivated by community-led change
