About the Role Are you passionate about creating impactful communications and engaging content? We're looking for a Communication Support Specialist to help drive compelling messaging across digital platforms and internal channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and enjoys both independent and collaborative work. Key Responsibilities Support the development of engaging communications for internal stakeholders.Assist with editorial and digital tools including SharePoint, Teams, mySyngenta, and more.Contribute to content creation across social media, video, podcasts, e-newsletters, and news sources.Monitor communication metrics and provide insights to improve effectiveness. What You'll Bring Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to develop communication plans and deliver results.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).Willingness to learn tools like Zoom, Staffbase, and SharePoint.Comfortable working in a complex, global matrix organisation.Understanding of editorial style and branding practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team-both in-person and virtually. Qualifications Certification in Communications (apprenticeship or professional school).Fluent written and spoken English.Familiarity with finance and e-billing too
