We’re looking for a motivated introducer to help us secure new clients for our recruitment agency. This is a commission-only role with a 10% finder’s fee on any successful placement we make with clients you bring in. What you’ll do: Use your network and outreach skills to connect us with decision-makers (hiring managers, HR, directors). Make introductions between potential clients and our agency. Once we secure and fill a vacancy with your introduced client, you earn your fee. What’s in it for you: 10% commission on fees from successful placements (paid after we receive client payment).
