We’re recruiting 10–20 commission-only appointment setters to support a rapidly scaling outbound operation in the roofing and home services space. This is not a casual role. This is a high-activity, performance-based position for people who can execute volume daily. If you can handle rejection, follow a script, and make 150–200 cold calls per day, keep reading. ⸻ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Making 150–200 cold calls per day • Booking qualified appointments for sales calls • Handling high-volume SMS responses (1,000–2,000+ per day) through automations • Working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) for calling, texting, and CRM updates • Following a proven script and process (training provided) • Updating call outcomes accurately ⸻ PAY STRUCTURE (COMMISSION ONLY) • 5% commission on every deal closed • OR a minimum of $250 per closed deal (whichever is higher) • No cap on earnings • Paid per close, not per hour This role rewards output, not time spent online. ⸻ IDEAL CANDIDATE This role is for you if: • You’re comfortable making high-volume cold calls • You can work independently without being micromanaged • You don’t need hourly pay to stay motivated • You’ve done cold calling, appointment setting, or sales before • You’re coachable and can follow a script exactly • You can handle rejection without taking it personally Experience in roofing, home services, or B2B cold calling is a plus—but not required. ⸻ REQUIREMENTS • Strong English communication skills • Reliable internet and headset • Ability to hit 150–200 calls per day • Comfortable working in GoHighLevel (GHL) or willing to learn fast • Available for consistent daily activity ⸻ IMPORTANT NOTES (READ CAREFULLY) • This is a commission-only role • There is no hourly pay or base salary • If you are looking for guaranteed income, this is not the right position • High performers will receive more volume, responsibility, and long-term opportunity ⸻ HOW TO APPLY When applying, include: 1.
