Description: We are Affilinations, a growing influencer marketing agency helping brands scale through strategic influencer partnerships and UGC licensing. We’re looking for a motivated commission-only cold caller / appointment setter to join us and help drive new client acquisition. Your Role: Call and follow up with potential leads (lists provided). Pitch our influencer marketing services (training + script provided). Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (brand owners, marketing managers). Keep track of outreach activity and booked calls. What We Offer: Attractive commission-only structure – earn per qualified meeting booked and 20% commission on closed deals. Ideal Candidate: Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferably B2B). Confident communicator with strong English. Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven. Familiarity with marketing, branding, or influencer marketing is a plus (not required). Compensation: Commission-only role. Payment per qualified meeting set (£50–£100 per meeting). 20% commission on closed deals – for example, if a client signs a £2,000 campaign, you earn £400 commission.
