We are looking for a highly motivated, commission-based sales and research professional who can identify, approach, and onboard qualified solar installers in South Africa. This is a role for someone proactive, resourceful, and confident in engaging with potential partners. ---------------------- ⚡What you will do : - Research and create a verified list of solar panel installers, and contractors in South Africa. - Reach out to them to introduce our company and present partnership opportunities. - Build relationships with key decision-makers and confirm their interest in joining our installer network. - Arrange introductory discussions with our team. - Provide regular updates and progress reports. ---------------------- ⚡What we’re looking for : - Proven experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or recruitment. - Strong communication and networking skills. - Knowledge of the South African solar/renewables market is a huge plus. - Self starter attitude, able to work independently and deliver results. ---------------------- ⚡Compensation : - This is a commission-only position.
