This is a hands-on, mid-market role offering excellent exposure to construction underwriting within a well-established and growing team.You will be responsible for growing the Middle Market portfolio while managing and developing existing accounts. The role offers a strong balance between new business and renewals, with a clear focus on delivering ambitious growth targets.The Role Underwrite and develop construction package businessManage renewals alongside new business opportunitiesWork extensively with an established construction e-trade platform, supporting broker-submitted risksTypical risks average around £25k GWP, with scope to grow to £100k+ as volumes increaseBuild and maintain strong broker relationships through regular engagement Training & DevelopmentThis is a highly collaborative, hands-on position with structured training and mentoring from Senior Underwriters.
