Commercial Surveyor£CompetitiveNorwichPermanent, Full Time Proposed Interview Date: Week Commencing 23rd February (TBC) We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Surveyor to manage, oversee and optimise the financial and contractual aspects of projects and the wider business, to ensure profitability, cost efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and agreements, ensuring projects are completed within budget while also maintaining quality for Crocus Homes. Key Responsibilities Include:Managing and maintaining all aspects of cost control; budgets, forecasting, financial planning and contractual elements of projects. Negotiating and awarding contracts and agreements, with / to sub-contractors. Process sub-contract orders, payments and variations using the business’s payment system (COINS). Monitoring project costs and business profitability, and mitigating financial risks, with full awareness of the budget constraints, ensuring project’s stay within budget. Completing regular financial reports and updates to the business, as required.
