They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, for a client facing role to be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate commercial property contracts and agreements.Advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and leases.Conduct due diligence and property searches.Manage property disputes and litigation.Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.Collaborate with other legal professionals.
