The team advises clients from SMEs to corporates and public sector bodies. Junior and mid-PQE lawyers are given real responsibility, exposure and support, in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload including: Freehold & leasehold property sales and purchases Grants and taking of leases Licence matters (licences to occupy, assign, restricted use) Landlord & tenant management Corporate property support Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, licences and other property documents Provide clear, commercial advice to clients Liaise with clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions Contribute to business development and help grow client relations
