This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a busy department that supports a strong local client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, property investors, developers, and landlords. The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property work and the support of a knowledgeable, friendly team committed to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. Act for SMEs, OMBs, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors across the region. Handle acquisitions and disposals, leases (grant, renewal, assignment, surrender), refinancing matters, and portfolio management. Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, reports on title, and related documents. Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to a varied client base. Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping to grow and develop the department’s profile. Support junior members of the team and contribute to business development initiatives. Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property. Strong technical expertise across a broad range of real estate matters. Experience working with SME and OMB clients is highly desirable. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Commercially minded with a practical, solution-focused approach.
