This newly created role will own and execute the Revenue Growth Management strategy for our UK AFH channel, driving pricing, promotions, and commercial frameworks to unlock sustainable growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will lead the successful launch of new product ranges and coordinate the annual trading calendar across promotions, NPD, and channel activation. Using market insight and data, you will identify and accelerate commercial optimisation opportunities while acting as the key link between the RGM Centre of Excellence and the UK AFH business.
