Overview Due to continued growth and investment, our services-sector client is seeking a newly qualified Management Accountant to join their established and collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to step into a commercially focused role, where you'll support senior stakeholders with accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and forward-looking financial insight. Sitting at the heart of the business, you'll take ownership of management accounts, budgeting and forecasting for key cost centres, working closely with operational leaders to explain performance and support informed decision-making. You'll provide clear commentary on results, analyse variances, and help stakeholders understand the commercial drivers behind the numbers. This role offers strong exposure, ownership, and a clear pathway to progress within a growing services environment. Skills Needed Newly qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant (finalists will also be considered). Strong grounding in management accounting, including budgeting and forecasting. Confident communicator, comfortable working with non-finance stakeholders. Commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into clear and practical insight.
