Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner – BRISTOL I'm keen to speak to ambitious, experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Lawyers who are keen to step into a Partner role or a role that has a clear path to Partnership, where you will lead the department in the Bristol office. About the Role: You'll advise clients across a wide variety of contentious commercial matters, including: Contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and professional negligence claimsEnforcement of restrictive covenants and urgent injunction proceedingsCorporate and personal insolvency and restructuring issuesProperty litigation, including recovery of rent arrears, lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations and forfeitureComplex cross-border disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional elements About You: Qualified Lawyer with circa 8PQE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or insolvencyDemonstrates strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindsetBrings a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solvingEnjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team Experience of advising in insolvency, property disputes, or urgent injunctive relief would be an advantage.
