The Opportunity Due to growth, the firm are looking to make a senior strategic hire into their commercial litigation team. The team represent clients such as private equity funds, SMEs, listed household names, ultra-high net worth individuals and established investors. The role will expose you to a variety of disputes, including: Shareholder disputesContract disputesJoint venture disputesInsolvency-related disputesIP disputesAsset recovery and protection The team are experienced in taking cases through the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, as well as representing clients before a range of arbitral bodies, including the ICC and LCIA. The successful candidate will work alongside several individually recognised lawyers, ranked by both L500 and Chambers.
