The EMEA Legal, Risk & Compliance Team handles a broad and varied workload, covering all legal matters arising from the operations of a global consultancy. The team supports business strategy by delivering pragmatic, adaptable and commercially focused legal advice across all levels of the organisation. What You’ll Do Develop expertise in the company’s practice areas and service offerings, and build strong relationships with client-facing professionals.Negotiate, draft and advise internal stakeholders on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, from NDAs and engagement letters to multi-jurisdictional MSAs and transaction documents.Assist with contractual disputes, including drafting letters of claim and working with external counsel on statutory demands.Support senior lawyers on major commercial transactions, including global strategic projects and occasional M&A activity.Help maintain compliance records for group companies, including FCA-regulated entities.Provide first-line advice on basic commercial issues, ensuring alignment with legislation and company policy to minimise risk exposure.Work on employment matters such as drafting settlement agreements, advising on employee issues, and researching employment law.Review client data processi
