Our client is a family run business, with an amazing product and customer centric approach. They have 160 stores in the UK and a rapidly growing online, International and concessions business. They really care about people, customers, and the communities in which they trade and are now looking for a Commercial FP&A Manager to be based out of their amazing Amersham head office. The role will be hybrid, with a split of three days office, two days working from home. As their Commercial FP&A Manager you will be responsible for delivering actional financial insights, supporting strategic and trading decisions, and driving margin and profitability improvements across channels and categories. You will lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis while providing critical support on pricing, promotions, stock planning and supplier negotiations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence key decisions by translating financial data into clear commercial recommendations, helping the business achieve its growth and profitability goals. You'll be a commercially driven finance professional with a strong background in FP&A or commercial finance, ideal gained in within a multi-site retailer or consumer goods environment. You have hands-on experience partnering with Buying and Merchandising teams and a clear understanding of how trading decisions impact sales, margin and stock. You're confident building forecasts, analysing performance and influencing decisions through sharp financial insight.
