As a Commercial Finance Manager in our Nutrition division, you’ll sit at the centre of a +£600m business, influencing strategy, shaping growth, and driving profitability across a global portfolio. This is a role for ambitious finance leaders who want to make bold decisions, challenge the status quo, and see the direct impact of their work on a world-class brand portfolio.
  • As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll be a key strategic partner to the Head of Finance and Divisional CFO within our £600m Nutrition business. Managing a high-performing team, you’ll go beyond the numbers—turning data into decisions, shaping pricing strategies, and challenging commercial teams to maximise profit and growth.
  • This isn’t a “maintenance” role—it’s about building, influencing, and accelerating. You’ll work across trading, marketing, supply chain, and merchandising teams, ensuring every decision creates the right commercial outcome. With operations spanning 50+ global sites, you’ll also gain exposure to FX, cross-border trading, and the complexities of scaling a global business.
  • This role offers a high-impact seat at the table with divisional leadership, exposure to global operations and international complexity, and the opportunity to shape and influence commercial decisions at speed—supported by a clear progression pathway within one of the UK’s fastest-growing global businesses.

As a Commercial Finance Manager you will

  • Business partner with stakeholders across the Nutrition division with identifying growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and margin improvements
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales and margin performance to senior stakeholders
  • Act as the one of key owners of divisional KPIs, ensuring the right metrics drive decision-making at pace
  • Define, shape and track pricing strategy—assessing initial impact and measuring ongoing performance
  • Partner with commercial teams on trading decisions, ensuring ROI-driven offers and campaigns
  • Deliver profit improvement initiatives and model the impact of trading strategies under different scenarios
  • What skills and experience do I need for this role?
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • Commercially sharp and data-driven, with the ability to turn analysis into actionable strategy
  • Experienced people leader, able to motivate and develop a team
  • Excel wizardry and comfort working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
  • Strong communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders across functions
  • CIMA / ACCA qualification preferred although not a prerequisite.
